Netflix has announced three new Nollywood original series set to premiere in the latter half of 2026, further solidifying its commitment to Nigerian storytelling.

The titles include:

"Dynasty" — A multigenerational family drama set in the oil industry of the Niger Delta, exploring themes of wealth, power, and environmental justice.

"Abuja Wives" — A sharp comedy-drama following the lives of five women navigating high society in Nigeria's capital city.

"The Operative" — A political thriller about a retired intelligence agent drawn back into service when a former colleague disappears.

Each series will feature a mix of established and emerging talent, with Netflix investing an estimated $15 million across the three productions.

"Nigeria has some of the most compelling stories in the world," said Netflix's Head of African Originals. "We're proud to bring these stories to a global audience."
